summary

We knew social would unlock brand love for Uber across key European markets, including the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, and Germany.

My role was part leadership and part hands-on, I acted as CD, guiding and providing feedback to a dedicated team servicing Uber.

Working with the Social Media and Strategy departments, I ensured our work aligned with Uber's business objectives, employing an engaging mix of lo-fi content, memes, community management, and social trends.

I collaborated with market creatives and social media managers to develop Monthly Content Plans, EMEA-wide toolkits, and proactive social-first ideas covering themes from safety to food trends.

Our efforts deepened Uber's connection with its audience and helped push the needle on brand loyalty.
